The Catholic United Financial Board of Directors is calling for nominees to fill two positions. Nominees must announce their Board candidacy to the Home Office in writing no later than June 1, 2017.
Of the two seats up for election, one will have no incumbent as Director George Gmach has reached his term limit of four consecutive terms and will retire at the conclusion of 2017. Gmach has served Catholic United as a Board member for 12 years; we are profoundly grateful for his service.
Regarding the other opening, Bill Lucas of Edina was elected to his first term in 2014 and is eligible to run for re-election.
The 2017 Annual Convention of Catholic United Financial will take place August 5, 2017 at the River’s Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud, Minn.
