PERHAM, MN – Community members in Perham are taking a big step to spread caring and compassion in their area by holding a Gather4Good® service event during the third Sunday in September. Volunteers of all ages will assemble 2,000 personal care kits at the Gather4Good® event on Sunday, September 16th starting at 11:00 a.m. Local organizations in and around the Perham area will receive and distribute these kits to support the needs of the community.
Location: St. Henry’s Catholic School,
253 2nd St SW, Perham, MN
Time: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
“Our care kit assembly project can be done by anyone age 2 to 102. If you can pick up a toothbrush, you can do it,” said Nate Lamusga, Member Engagement Director for Catholic United Financial. “Families who have participated in the past told us that Gather4Good® was an opportunity to teach their kids a meaningful, hands-on lesson about helping those less fortunate.”
